1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.
  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

1.2 After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You may request a return after delivery, subject to the return conditions in this policy.

2. Returns Eligibility

A return will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, seals, and labels are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Gift cards or promotional/free items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos as evidence

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund (where applicable)

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to initiate a return request
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Pack the product securely and send it as instructed

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued

8. Undelivered or Refused Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal by the customer

Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or deny returns
  • Suspend or terminate accounts

in cases of excessive returns, fraud, or policy misuse.
